How the Executive Committee works

The Executive Committee operates on the principles of transparency, accountability and service. Decisions are taken collectively, with the wellbeing of Bhutanese in the UK at the centre.

The Committee is elected for a fixed term as defined in the Association's constitution. Members are encouraged to participate in consultations, attend general meetings and share feedback so that the Committee can better serve the community.

The Executive Committee also works closely with volunteers and focal persons in different cities to make sure support reaches Bhutanese wherever they live in the UK.
